Founder & Executive Director- Kaitlin Williams
The visionary behind She Speaks Power Foundation, Kaitlin leads with passion, purpose, and lived experience. As Executive Director and Founder, she oversees all programs, partnerships, and public representation while keeping the heart of the mission—empowering girls—at the center of every decision.
Secretary & Communications Director- Leslie Williams
A dedicated mother of six and lifelong advocate for girls’ growth, Leslie brings both wisdom and warmth to this role. She keeps our foundation organized and connected—managing board records and communication—while also leading the charge in how we share our mission with the world. With years of experience in youth empowerment, Leslie ensures that every message we send uplifts, inspires, and reflects the strength of sisterhood.
Board Member- Rachel Chaney
Wellness Advisor - Hallan Armant
A certified school counselor with a deep love for helping kids, Hallan brings healing energy, emotional insight, and expert care to our mission. She helps guide programming that promotes healthy coping skills, confidence, and resilience—ensuring every girl who enters our space leaves feeling stronger, safer, and more self-assured.
Youth Engagement Chair- Lorena Williams
Based in Dallas, Texas, Lorena brings passion, perspective, and heart to the She Speaks mission. Serving at large, she helps shape programming that reflects the real needs of the girls we serve—ensuring they feel represented, uplifted, and empowered. Her commitment to youth is unwavering, and her presence reminds every girl that her voice matters.
